We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors. The inclusion of any products or services on a website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available at any time.

4. Payments & Billing

We use Razorpay as our primary third-party payment gateway for processing all transactions securely. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• Mushbak does not capture or store your credit/debit card numbers, UPI IDs, or net banking credentials on our servers. All payment data is processed securely through Razorpay in accordance with industry data security standards (PCI-DSS).
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected during checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs clearance processes. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Mushbak pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Final sale items, intimates, and personalized products are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Mushbak or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. You may not extract or utilize parts of the content without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mushbak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our website or products.
